LOL!
Been into strength training for a while, PL my best are DL 200kg, SQ 165kg, BP 110kg...but haven't trained with heavy weights for a while, use gym rings and have for a while also mod on a good BW site: http://bodyweighttraining.org
Trying to get a good strong front/back lever , L-sit pull-ups again and a half decent planche...all at around 200-210ish lbs/92-95kg for the metrics! ;) |

Been chasing this one down for a while, first close was 28/12/2007 with my left hand.
Got a clip of a close on my CoC #3 gripper. 4/1/2008
