I had no idea these actually gave you a bonus. I thought is was just something dumb to buy (like the pets were)
No wonder Jaws has been kicking my ass with stats way lower. Bastard is loaded up with these!

They are all in LA. You have to be lvl 275 to get there.
Start killing like crazy to gain exp folks! Anyone below level 275 has a HUGE DISADVANTAGE some of the tattoos give very huge bonuses...
They are expensive too... so make sure you guys keep your vault at 1.618 bil every night and buy items with your interest so you have money to buy the tats when you get there!

I guess I should mention that you can't see all the tattoos until you meet the requirements...
There are 3 that anyone can buy but aren't very good. Then there is one you can get if you have 15,000 crimes, one if you have 25 mil total stats, one if you have 60 mil plenar stats, one if you have around 150-200 Street Lord's and one if you have won around 50 races (I am not sure it's 50 but around there.)
Remember you can't see the good ones until you have reached the requirements.
