I convinced Joey to give us a new house! 
Originally he said he would make it 5800 awake but he made it only 5300 awake. 
Better than a kick in the teeth I guess 
It's expensive though 3 billion.... Everyone needs to start donating their spare change from crimes and old weapons you have no use for sitting in your inventory. We need to build up the gang vault so that we can pass around loans and get everyone a brand spankin new "Bolvarian Castle".

I trained 65,390.7 or something very close to that today... that was sweet!. Best train I have ever done.
