both are 180% stength bonus.
points/ awake pills/ cash or will trade for an offhander that is better than the silver plated quickdraw

I feel your pain. I wish I could find a better offhander too... mines only 80%.
The next limited time offer will probly be an offhander. I bet you they sell a shitload of them LOL.

I traded with this guy zemoney a few times for points on rtsv1. He just got a thompson on killstreet in lucky dip. He is willing to trade it for 800 rtsv1 points if anyone wants it. it's a 180% attack primary weapon.
